Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LunoaK. By downloading, installing, or using our meditation and mindfulness application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Eligibility

LunoaK is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

App License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the LunoaK app on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Coin-Based System

LunoaK operates on a coin-based purchasing system:

• Coins are virtual currency used within the app to unlock premium content
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no monetary value outside of the LunoaK app
• Coins cannot be transferred between users or converted to cash
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time

In-App Purchases

When making in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:

• All transactions are processed by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Purchases are charged to your Apple ID account
• Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
• We do not store any payment information

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LunoaK only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Share your account access with others
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content

Intellectual Property

LunoaK and all content within the app, including but not limited to meditation recordings, music, text, graphics, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using LunoaK, you consent to our privacy practices.

Disclaimers

LunoaK is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While our app is designed to support meditation and mindfulness practices:

• LunoaK is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment
• We make no guarantees about specific health or wellness outcomes
• Individual results may vary
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of LunoaK.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee that LunoaK will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently without notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to LunoaK at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or our website. Your continued use of LunoaK after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
